Would Singapore Disclosure Company Ownership Information to Another Country?

Asked in Asset Protection for Singapore

One can set-up nominee Directors for a Singapore registered company to protect one's confidentiality. However, as Singapore is co-operating more and more with other OECD countries in terms of disclosing information, if the tax authorities of a foreign country such as the UK requested information about which actual individuals were behind the set-up of a company, would the authorities in Singapore provide this information to the tax bodies in the UK?

Thank you.
