Asked in Other for British Virgin Islands

Does a ltd co with no "Trustees" clause require to give authority to its appointed Directors to sign any documents?

1) The authority of the trust are the trustees. The authority of a company is vested in their director(s).
2) if a trust is controlling the company: then the directors can be changed by the trust.
3) if a trust wants to come in the company to manage it: you also have the ability to appoint a new director (instead of firing the current ones).

Shall you need a Nominee Director, feel free to contact us!
