Collective investment

Asked in Offshore (General) for Marshall Islands

I have recently incorporated a Marshall Islands Limited company.

This is what I want to achieve with it.

I want a very simple corporate structure, whereupon a large volume of international investors can invest, loan or contribute small sums of money.

They can be investing, leading or buying into a type of collective investment scheme, buying shares, or entering into a loan note situation, or even a debenture

My challenge is that the traditional collective investment schemes in Europe have such large fees, and are so biased to wealthy investors, that no one can put in US$100 if they so wish. This prohibits smaller investors accessing decent rates of return

I have understand there is no collective investment scheme regulation in the Marshall Islands. But obviously there will be some type of financial services authority.

Does anyone know a good MI attorney
