SANNE appoints Global Director of Change Management

SANNE continues to drive forward its global change agenda with the appointment of a Global Director of Change Management.
The global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services has appointed Paul Watson to align and prioritise its change initiatives and investment, to best support the strategic plans of the FTSE 250 listed business. Such initiatives will include the on-going centralisation of operational processes, an organisational redesign to leverage SANNE's jurisdictional strengths, the continued development of SANNE's global IT platform and infrastructure, and overall strategic integration and regulatory driven changes.
Paul is based in SANNE's global headquarters in Jersey, drawing experience from a career spanning the last 19 years within the HSBC group that has seen him also spend time in Bermuda, London, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
'Paul has a proven track record in delivery change at the highest levels, having undertaken numerous change management and delivery roles over the past 20 years. In his new role, Paul will work closely with SANNE's Chief Operating Officer, Eric Watson and Senior Managing Director, Philip Godley, to drive forward their global change agenda, and to further strengthen SANNE's integrated business strategy.
Paul spent the past four years at HSBC Bank of Bermuda as the Programme Director for the bank's financial crime compliance programme. Prior to that Paul was Head of Change Delivery for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man where he and his team introduced an effective change management framework and approach to construct, deliver and report on HSBC's offshore change agenda.
Paul holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from Liverpool John Moore's University, and was awarded an MBA from the University of Birmingham.
