On 24th April 2013, Malta and the Russian Federation signed a Double Tax Treaty (DTT) in Moscow. Once in force and effective, the DTT will replace the existing agreement signed on 15 December 2000, which has never entered into force.
A comprehensive source, listing all Double Tax Treaties signed by Malta, both in force and not yet in force, as well as Tax Information Exchange Agreements the country has entered in to.
