Turks And Caicos Issues Bank License Guidelines

The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission has issued guidelines on its approach to the licensing of banks.

The guidelines are not intended to be exhaustive. It outlines the minimum criteria applicants must meet and the basic information and documentation to be submitted in support of an application for a banking licence.

The guidelines are intended to inform banks looking to establish operations in the territory.
