Jersey-based corporate service provider Volaw Group has established a presence in Cyprus.
Through its subsidiary companies in Limassol, Volaw will assist with the management and control of Cypriot registered companies as well as offering advice regarding their statutory obligations.
Cyprus is a member of the EU and has an extensive network of double tax treaties with other jurisdictions. International clients benefit from Cyprus's advantageous tax regime, with a 12.5 percent corporate tax rate on trading, zero percent tax for non-resident companies, and no capital gains tax.
Volaw's presence in Cyprus is part of a growth strategy that has already seen the establishment of operations in Zurich, as well as the engagement of consultants in Russia, the UK, and the Gulf region.
