The Isle of Man is urging taxpayers to submit their 2015/16 personal tax return online ahead of the October 6 deadline.
Taxpayers who do not submit their personal tax return for the year ended April 5, 2016, by October 6, 2016, will be charged a GBP100 (USD132) penalty. A further GBP200 (USD265) penalty is imposed if the return has still not been received by the island's Income Tax Division by April 6, 2017.
Taxpayers are being urged to submit their personal tax returns online using the Online Tax Service.
Gerard Higgins, business support manager with the Treasury's Income Tax Division, said: "As the October 6 deadline for submitting 2015/16 personal tax returns is now less than one month away, the Income Tax Division would like to actively encourage everyone to do so using this fast and convenient method and to remind them that registration for new users has never been simpler."
