Dubai International Financial Centre, the low-tax financial center, has announced the launch of "The Academy," a state-of-the-art education center specializing in business and financial services.
The DIFC says the academy will form partnerships with leading business schools and universities from around the world to deliver a range of executive education programs. It will also host regular workshops and seminars led by industry experts from the DIFC and its community.
The initiative follows more than ten years of the DIFC collaborating with leading institutions, such as City, University of London; London Business School; IE Business School; and The Wharton School, to offer world-class professional development and higher learning courses. In addition, each year DIFC holds over 100 workshops and seminars for its growing community of more than 21,000 professionals.
DIFC says the academy will build on these achievements, supporting the growth of human capital within the center and the wider region.
