BVI, Isle Of Man To Exchange Tax Information

The British Virgin Islands and the Isle of Man have signed a tax information exchange agreement (TIEA).
In addition to making provision for the exchange of information on request, the agreement provides for the automatic exchange of information between the two countries, in accordance with the OECD's new Common Reporting Standard.
This is the 28th such agreement that the British Virgin Islands has concluded. It has also signed TIEAs with the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, the Netherlands, Curacao, St Maarten and Aruba, New Zealand, France, the Nordic Alliance (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland), The Faroe Islands, Greenland, China, India, Germany, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Guernsey, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
