Poland Business, Taxation and Offshore Information

Following revolutions in 1989, the communist government was overthrown and a democratic one installed. Poland joined NATO in 1999 and became a member of the European Union in 2004.

According to the International Monetary Fund, in 2020, Poland is ranked 39th in the world in terms of per capita GDP at purchasing power parity.
