Last month HMRC published the Draft Guidance on the pension flexibility that is being introduced from 6th April 2015. It runs to no less than 38 pages, confirming that once again (sadly) there is no such thing as simplicity in pensions.

The Chancellor announced on 29th September that the tax payable by a pension fund when the member dies would be changed and in many cases would be reduced/abolished from 6th April 2015
