  • Choose a company name followed by abbreviation – Pte Ltd.
  • Complete Incorporation form and Beneficial Owners Declaration form
  • Provide Copy of Passport and Proof of Residential Address
  • Client is sent an invoice – 50% down payment required to proceed (remaining 50% paid upon completion of company formation)
  • Company Incorporation documents are sent to client for signing
  • Upon receipt of the original documents the company will be fully incorporated

  • Registration process takes approximately 5 working days
  • Legalization process can take up to 7 working days
