Dividends that are received by a SG company are taxable in SG if they have not been previously taxed in the paying company.

sangeetha - Ok. Thanks for the information Mr. Tomas.Then even though it is NBFC the same provisions are applicable as like other Companies.Then there is any tax structure which is different for NBFC in Singapore? Commented on Mar 07, 2014 at 11:44

I would think that a subsidiary falls under section 7, then tax is nil.
