Saif Al Shamsi
Saif is a qualified UAE advocate with over two
decades of experience in litigation, real estate
and dispute resolution throughout the GCC. Saif
has handled some of the landmark litigation matters
in the region and holds extensive dispute resolution
experience in the Middle East, including acting
on international arbitrations before the ICC,
LCIA and DIAC.
He
assumes personal responsibility for directing

Mr.
Sunil Thacker
A corporate lawyer by profession, Sunil
has over twelve years of experience in Middle
East, Asia and Europe. He advises on a wide verity
of local and international clients on a broad
range of issues, including issues relating to
merger and acquisition transactions (domestic
as well as cross-border), construction and real
estate, commercial litigation, capital markets
and corporate finance advisory, and franchising.
He also advises main contractors, employers, subcontractors
and suppliers in the construction, engineering
and oil & gas sectors. He has advised clients
in relation to many projects in the UAE, Kuwait,
Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.
Sunil
has been involved in advising Government, public
sector undertakings, and private corporations
