computer game offshore
Hello.

We are developing online computer game. And we need to form a company (I think offshore or something like this) somewhere.

User in this game can pay money for playing and can win some money if
he will be skillful (skill game). So, it`s not gambling as casino, bingo,... etc.

First question - do we need to have a gambling license?
If we must have, then when someone will ask for it?
And why we need it since we are not a casino?

another question are quite simple - what jurisdiction to choose to meet our needs:
- merchant account (or any other way to accept credit cards visa, mastercard,...)
- possibility to recieve money from all over the world (Asia, Europe, USA) with no limitations (some of jurisdictions don`t recieve from usa or europe)

Maybe someone knows any other questions to be discussed... Because I`m new in it and don`t have enought info even to ask a correct questions.

Thank you very much in advance for your answer!

Will this offshore structure meet my needs?
Please tell me if you think this proposed offshore structure is good for the objectives I am trying to accomplish, or if you think the structure is overkill. (See my question at the end.)

MY OFFSHORE OBJECTIVES

I do not want the tax authorities from France or Canada (I have dual citizenship) to discover my identity as beneficial owner/director/shareholder or consider me to be the "mind, and management" of the offshore setup.

PROPOSED OFFSHORE STRUCTURE

A. Create a Panama Private Interest Foundation. The "Founder" and "Foundation Council" will use nominees provided by the Offshore Service Provider. (Expensive!) I will be personally named as the "Protector" and "Beneficiary", since information about those two roles is not publicly available.

B. The Panama Foundation will create and own a Belize IBC. The Panama Foundation will be listed as director and shareholder of the Belize IBC, although from what I understand this information is not publicly available anyway.

C. The Belize IBC will open a corporate bank account in a different country. (Maybe Latvia?)

D. I will work for the Belize IBC as a "general manager". The Belize IBC will issue me an official "General Manager Agreement", which I will use to explain (if I am ever questioned by my local tax officials) my role in the Belize IBC, my salary, and why I am a signatory on the company's bank account and why I have a company debit card.

E. I will pay personal income taxes in my current country of residence on all money the Belize IBC pays to me as part of my "general manager" job. (ie: I will pay taxes on anything that gets transferred to my France or Canada personal bank account.)

QUESTION:

What do you think? Is the proposed structure above ok? Any suggestions for improvement?

Or… is this proposed offshore structure overkill and unnecessary? Can I accomplish my "Offshore Objectives" by just having the Belize IBC with nominee sharedholder & director, a bank account in a different country, and the "General Manager" agreement? Does adding the Panama Foundation really add any protection, or is it just a waste of money?

Thanks for any advice, suggestions and opinions!

Best bank (any country) for nameless debit and credit card that works everywhere?
Hello,

I am trying to figure out where to open a bank account for my needs. Based on this, I will open an IBC that owns the bank account.

My plan is to deposit my businesses earnings into the bank account, and then withdraw cash from my country of residence using a debit card associated with the account. Thus, the only *absolute* requirements of the bank account must be the following:

- Not high fees for every debit account usage (ie: I don't want to pay $25 fee every time I withdraw cash at an ATM.)
- The debit and credit card must not use my name. I don't care if it uses the company name, since the company will not be directly associated with me personally.
- The bank account fees should be reasonable.

What do you suggest? What is the best offshore bank for my needs?

So my business is trading gold : I buy in africa and I sell in europe at the beginning. My question is , what is or what are the solutions to optimize that business. Holding ? several countries, several account ? ...

Thanks in advance for your proposal.  Raffi
