- Choose a company name followed by abbreviation –

- Complete Incorporation form and Beneficial Owners Declaration
form
- Provide Copy of Passport and Proof of Residential Address
- Client is sent an invoice – 50% down payment required
to proceed (remaining 50% paid upon completion of company
formation)
- Company Incorporation documents are sent to client for
signing
- Upon receipt of the original documents the company will
be fully incorporated
Time Scale
- Registration process takes approximately 5 working days
- Legalization process can take up to 7 working days
